*The warranty covers : gas springs, gas springs stand, solid wood folding slat frame, oak bed feet and hardware components.
*The Warranty does not cover : fabric, headboard, side panels and footboard.
15 Years Warranty
- According to the relevant terms and conditions of warranty, we arrange to replace such warranty items at no additional costs for customers. You should pick up a warranty item from a designated store and replace the warranty item by yourself. Or select napnice on-site service to replace a warranty item. The on-site service charge is HKD$300.
- The warranty term begins on the delivery/collection date of the original bed frame that was purchased.
- bed frame dimensions within the accepted tolerance of +/- 2 cm on the quoted size.
- napnice reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
